Crossbow Deals offers the following Returns Policy: Item(s) may be returned within 30 days. Item must be returned in the original, unused condition with the original packaging. Return shipping will be refunded only if item was damaged when received or if mistakes were made by Crossbow Deals. Before any returns will be accepted buyer must request a return authorization number. Contact us at info@crossbowdeals.com for authorization number.
Items returned without an authorization number to Crossbow Deals will not be accepted.
Returns will not be accepted for Special Orders or Custom Arrows.
A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to all unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.
